Refund Policy

AIAnthro builds custom software projects scoped individually for each client. Payment schedules and milestones for a specific project are agreed in that project's contract before work begins, rather than a fixed, site-wide policy.

As a general default: deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time and resources already committed. If a project is cancelled before work begins, any deposit paid may be refunded at AIAnthro's discretion, minus any costs already incurred. Specific terms agreed in an individual project contract take precedence over this default.

AnthroGym and Serviq are live with paid subscription plans. AnthroGym offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions — contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, processed within 3-5 business days. Refund terms for other AIAnthro products, including the AIAnthro platform, will be published as each becomes generally available with paid plans.
