AIAnthro is a technology and software product company building SaaS products, AI-powered solutions and custom digital products for modern businesses, including web development, mobile app development, admin panels, backend/API development, AI solutions and production deployment.

Information on this website describes the kinds of solutions we can build and is not a guarantee of specific features, timelines or outcomes for any individual project — those are agreed separately for each engagement.

Project scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline and payment terms for any custom software project are agreed directly with the client before work begins, and are not governed by the general content of this website.

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of custom work delivered to a client is determined by that project's agreement. AIAnthro's own products (including AnthroGym, Serviq and the AIAnthro platform) and this website's content, branding and code remain the property of AIAnthro.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAnthro's total liability arising out of or related to any project or service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

AIAnthro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of software or services we provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
